What does this mean? 

Simply put... no more re-registering every session!

    Now families can enjoy gymnastics year-round without having to re-register each session, so as long as you'd like to continue, there's nothing you need to do.  No more worrying about registration dates or your child's favorite class filling up!

    Tuition will now be billed monthly instead of by session, making it easier to plan while allowing your gymnast to enjoy consistent progress throughout the year.  

    The make-up policy is remaining the same; which is that any missed class is eligible for a make-up class within 4 months of the date of the absence, providing the missed day is not a scheduled holiday, and the selected make-up class is not full.

Need to take a break?

    We understand that schedules change due to other sports, activities, or family commitments.  With that in mind we’ve introduced Drop Requests in the parent portal.  This feature gives you an easy way to let us know when you need to step away from class.  If your child needs to pause or withdraw from classes, we require a minimum of 10 days’ notice before the start of the next billing month for all drop requests.  This gives us enough time to update your enrollment before tuition is processed and helps us plan classes fairly, ensuring everyone has an opportunity to enroll.

    Because your child's space is reserved exclusively for them, there are NO exceptions to this policy.  If we do not receive the 10-day notice before the next billing cycle, the monthly tuition will still be charged.  **The tuition cannot be prorated, refunded, or credited.
